DESIRE TO TRAVEL
Terms and CONDITIONS.

  • All participants acknowledge they are able to undertake the tour as set out in the itinerary 

  • Any medical or dietary or physical information provided to us, does not make us liable if they prevent you from undertaking some or all listed activities, or prevent you from completing the tour

  • Please ensure your Passport is valid for at least six months from the date you will depart your final destination

  • Your registration deposit is non-refundable 

  • We reserve the right to decline to accept any person as a participant in a tour

  • We accept no responsibilities for losses, damages or bodily harm

  • You must provide proof of travel insurance 45 days prior to departure at latest

  • Some factors may affect our ability to provide our itinerary - weather, unforeseen circumstances or limited availability at some sights. Therefore, we reserve the right to reschedule the days or parts thereof. We will endeavour to provide our tour in accordance with the itinerary and make every effort to ensure you still have a wonderful Malta experience

TOUR FARE INCLUDES

  • Hotel Twin/double room shared basis (single supplement available)

  • Transportation: Air-conditioned mini coach

  • English speaking hosts, guides  

  • Included meals and drinks where specified on our itinerary 

  • Cultural experiences where specified on our Itinerary 

  • Included excursions with guides where specified on our Itinerary

  • City tax in all the hotels

  • Airport transfers on Day 1 and last day of the tour

TOUR FARE EXCLUDES

  • Airfares 

  • Travel insurance and visa fees

  • Any charges for extras not listed in itinerary

  • Room services including bar, telephone charges and laundry fees

PAYMENTS                 

  • All payments are requested via  bank transfer

  • A deposit of $1000 per person is required within 7 days of booking

  • Payment of your deposit, or full payment  indicates you consent to our terms and conditions

  • After your deposit has been received, we will send you an invoice with the amount for the balance of payment in the following stages
    - payment of 50% is required 90 days before departure

    - Balance due 45 days from departure 

  • Please note If the Australian dollar falls under .60cents to the euro a 10% surcharge will apply to cover costs

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your tour with us, for any reason including medical or personal reasons, a cancellation fees will apply.

  • We will make our best endeavour to fill your place/s to reduce any costs / fees you may encounter. We ask you to please consider taking out appropriate travel insurance which includes cover for cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not paid by the due payment dates and you forfeit your deposit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances which may be beyond our control

  • We need a minimum of 6  guests to hold a tour, if this is not met we have the right to cancel the tour

  • If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply. We ask you to please consider taking out appropriate travel insurance which includes cover for cancellations.
